The zoo is always a fun day out, especially when the weather is nice and you get in for a discount price because the guy in the box is in an extra nice mood (and is a rather convincing Bill Oddie look-a-like).
I thought would post the picture above as I am EXTREMELY proud of it, I think it might be the best thing I have ever done with a camera in my whole life! Wildlife photographer here I come! But seriously, this photo... must have taken me half an hour, all my previous attempts ended up with me beheading a penguin out of shot as they wouldn't stay still.
Have to admit though I am not the best behaved when I go to the Zoo, all the cute critters get me too excited and I pretty much become a child again which outbursts like "Oh how cute!.. Can I have one?" Its not a good idea to take me the zoo, you end up with a fantasy shopping list that is longer than your arm
